DC will show footage from: Shazam 2, Black Adam, Blue Beetle. Up in the air for now: Batgirl and Flash.
Marvel will show footage from Black Panther 2, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, She-Hulk.

I also hear Marvel will announce a few films. I wasn't told which.

New Transformers movie Rise of the Beasts ignores The Last Knight and has Unicron in it. In The Last Knight Unicron was the Earth itself like he was in the most recent animated series and comics. But in Rise of the Beasts he's a different planet coming to consume the Earth and the Terrorcons are his servents preparing the Earth for the Unicron's arrival
They are considering releasing the special in black and white.
The special will run between 50 to 65 minutes. Final runtime not set yet.

Some Skrulls pretend to be Russian Mafia or and they blow up Red Square in Moscow in a battle.
Apparently there’s like Ukrainians in the square and they all die.
