I’ve heard that Armor Wars is on hold, not canceled. They’re reworking it after the backlash from Secret Invasion, and at this point, it’s looking like it’ll only happen post-Secret Wars. It’s also expected to focus on entirely different things than originally planned.

I heard the reason Patrick Dempsey isn’t in Scream 7 is because he asked for way too much money. They refused to meet his demands and offered him a different deal with less. He was close to signing but decided to insist on more, so no deal was made. Since Sid still had a husband named Mark in the script, but they didn’t want to recast, they just changed his last name.

I hear that if the Mando film flops, they'll reconsider their plans and turn the crossover film into a miniseries.
Lucasfilm is reportedly going to play it "safe" with their shows moving forward—whatever that means.
As for Marvel, I hear Deadpool and Wolverine will have a role in Doomsday, and for Spider-Man 4, there were initially plans for something more grounded.

An update:
They are still rewriting the script for 4. The original version before they scrapped it had Scorpion and Shocker.
Avengers 5 they have the story but I hear still writing the script. They have until March.
Dexter Resurrection
Peter Dinklage who's playing the bad guy has a one year deal. Same for Charley who works as a fixer for him, Uma Thurman has the offer for that role. So they only gonna be for this season. Showtime wants Dexter Resurrection to have multiple seasons.
