I finally managed to get back in shape . My skin isn't totally cured ,not gonna lie but the areas have almost my natural skin-color and I dont look like red and white Dalmatiner . I went back to my fitness plan and do exercise for mainly endurance and bought my self a 100$ Hometrainer and basically drive 20 km each day or 2 . I meditate before start animating (sounds funny but works) . Always trying to stay positive . I think my progress this month was all around alright .
