[FREE] NFS Carbon PP-Filter & Pure Config

This filter looks best at night, it is designed for night time on SRP, LA canyons, and those types of vibes. look like NFS carbon at night, with a blue tint to the white across the game, bloom, "hazey" effects and some glare, with stars in the sky and clouds.

If it's not good for you, consider changing:

PURE CONFIG
- NLP % and density in "night" tab
- Cloud brightness/contrast in "clouds" tab
- CSP lights emissive / Bounced light
- Moon lit % moon light / stars %...

If any of the current filters for you do not work, or they cause your game to go to 1-5 FPS, please DM me there is a very simple fix for it and you will learn how to edit the filters more. I will be posting a video fix for this today which you can also use as reference if I am unavailable at the time.
