Two (or more) people in the comments of the YouTube video pointed out that using a layer of water or oil could improve the sharpness. Why didn't I think of that... It worked for the e-book as you can see, but made no difference for the 7 color picture frame. Some of the pictures are mid-transition.

I forgot to mention that I returned the tube system you saw in a previous update video because using a 200mm lens yielded much better results.
