The SAAYM card - A GameBlaster clone plus YM2151

This was kind of a spur of the moment video.  I put everything else on the back burner to make it, since it's a new release product.  Miraculously, it only took 2 days to make, which I think is a record for me.   Anyway, this product combines the SAA-1099 and YM2151 chips from the Commander X16 into an ISA sound card for MS-DOS computers, which is pretty nifty.

A while back I mentioned that I had some minor involvement in the TV show Young Sheldon.  So that's finally revealed here, along with unboxing my gold play button and a few other surprises.

Yamaha Reface CS and DX Review - Part 1

How Telephone Phreaking Worked.

This has been an absolutely insane week for me, involving travel to Portland, where I filmed this speech, along with my father passing away, and returning home to a funeral and a tornado.  <sarcasm> So, yeah, fun week.  </sarcasm>

New Games for Vintage Computers 2019

Building my Dream Computer - Part 2

Settle in for this one, it is 45 minutes long.  The original edit was closer to an hour, but I ended up cutting some of it out.  About 5 minutes of what was cut was me discussing the current licensing situation of the Commodore Kernal.  However, there was a last minute change on that, which I am not at liberty to discuss.  All I can say is that the gears are finally turning and so I just removed that part from the video.

Apple IIe on a Card

I mentioned I was working on this video weeks ago when I was doing the restoration of my Macintosh LC-II.  And here it is.  It ended up being not as exciting of a topic as I had hoped, so the video is a bit shorter than usual coming in around 14 minutes. Planet X3, The Making Of - Part 4

Been working on this for almost 2 weeks now.  Glad to have this behind me.  This one is really long, coming in around 42 minutes.  The script was originally even longer, at over an hour.  But I managed to cut it down.  I actually think I should have cut it down even more.  Anyway, I guess I'll wait to hear what you think of it!

Commodore History Part 6 - The PC Compatibles

Planet X3 is now available for sale!

We finished the kickstarter fulfillment a few days ago.  And now I'm opening up general sales.  I haven't mentioned this publicly yet.  I'm trying to get caught up with some video work and also have some extra boxes assembled for when the rush of sales comes.  So, I'm telling my Patrons first. In a few days, I'll mention it on social media.  And eventually, in a video documentary I have planned on the game for the month of May.
