You know, the idea to turn this retroactively into a holiday scene came out of a bit of desperation, but I think it actually works super well. Adds a nice bit of "story" to it, and I'm already a huge sucker for string lights and all that! And of course, the licks; what else would you expect from a paeran when you're caught under the mistletoe?
There's still work to be done, but it's almost entirely on lighting now, trying to make the scene feel just a little more cozy and warm. Not sure...

Why hello! Yes, it's me again with some random WIPs to share, more simple experimentation after another mini shopping spree online ^^
This time around, it's interior scenes I'm experimenting with. Basically untouched presets here - scenes purchased from a vendor by the name of santuziy78 - but I just love how they look right out of the box with just a bit of lighting tweaks, the iray sunlight simulation doing wonders for the realism of nearly any scenes.
