The tiny adventures of background characters

I'm working on a comic album! The first album will be 35 pages, and a start of a longer story, and though I've only gotten started, I'm looking forward to working on this project beside Foxes in Love for the next few years.

While I can't really share much yet, have some tiny background details of a large landscape panel. Besides the two foxes just chilling, these few woke up this morning and chose violence.

When You Kill A Priest

I'm still doing a few "practice comics" before I start on my first big, serious comic project! This is an unrelated one-pager, but the art style would be roughly like this (though this page taught me to Think Before I Act when it comes to huge solid black ink shadows).  The script is 365 pages altogether, divided into ten roughly 36-page chapters. My publishers have shown interest in the project, and it'll likely be published as a 10-album series.

The Museum

There isa defense station museum on the border of Finland (https://salpakeskus.fi/en/caf%C3%A9-0) - an outdoor museum featuring tanks and trenches. We kissed on top of the T-34 but as a legal disclaimer, my boyfriend has never successfully hotwired a tank.

Out of Context

Our apartment is just one room, and his computer faces away from me, so I hear everything he says in a game, but see nothing. They're fascinating with no context.

Deduction skills

I kind of want to write a detective story with a detective like this. It's impossible to remember that someone just told you they went to the Carribean two weeks ago, so to carry on a normal conversation it's easier to learn how to deduce what someone has been doing recently from their appearance alone.

A Train-Robber's Route To Heaven

It's a healthy habit to go express affection to one's spouse when you're in a good mood - even if your good mood has nothing to do with them. It's nice when it becomes a routine you don't think about, finally making a breakthrough on something you were working on, and your first reaction is "oh, time to go for a kiss!"
