HQ Dress Photo Shoot Part 1

A patron requested a shoot in the dress I wore on HQ this past week... and his wish is my command! I took all of these myself with my phone and a tripod... so I’m pretty sure I have a future career as a photographer now lol. Twerk About It

Somebody (I forget who) wrote a song called "Twerk About It," and I made this ridiculous music video, which I never posted. Moral of the story: if you need to remedy any situation, you can twerk about it and VOILA! ALL BETTER! Other moral of the story: I cannot actually twerk. Therefore, I had to speed up all of my booty shaking and hip wiggling in post production. One day I will learn this dance move.

Sunday Song

Here's a different skill set of mine. I actually originally was dead set on being a musical theater actress (and performed in Les Miserables on the Broadway stage when I was 17 years old), but changed my focus once I realized I couldn't dance and chronically began to lose my voice in college (due to vocal cord nodules). I've recently begun picking singing back up for fun. This is from the musical, "City of Angels," and it's called "You Can Always Count on Me." Enjoy!

Thailand Part 1

I was lucky enough to get to visit Thailand right before the pandemic became a pandemic. Saturday sweat sesh

I’ve been nursing a shoulder injury all quar, but still do pilates almost every day (with modifications). It’s gorgeous here in NYC today (finally above 70°F) but not worth risking my health for... so I got my cardio on inside per usual, but with the windows open. Here’s what I recommend: google or search YouTube for a “20 minute cardio workout” and try a different one each day to mix it up and find what you like.
