There we go, the whole fucking crew. - This is the entire Heroes of Ouron 2024.
With so little time to work on Giga or Sarah, let alone the whole Ouron team, what I might do instead is write a bullet-point list of "Ouroin lore" and follow it as a script, making one big fat Heroes of Ouron stories that gives a decent chunk of every character. I'll have to think about it. Until then, you can just know these folks as "Sarah and Helga's mates". lol.

Just a quick look at the first image of the Golden Heart in action.
I'd put her in a simular boat to Giga Woman X, in that she's both a muscle-gal and a shapeshifter. Dusty has the power to melt or reshape her body as liquid or solid gold, this includes creating objects, armour, fortifying her bones, and can even expand her entire body in its golden form before turning back into her fleshy self, becoming a giantess.
