So, my "office" is in the basement, which I shared with a roommate that is a spider. I have never met the little guy, but everyday I'd find new spider webs on the window sill.

We all go to a multiplex, and a few dozen people all share a big screen with surround sound. But that wasn't always the case. Before we start, I have a quick update on the channel's ad status. For a long time, we held off on showing you unskippable ads and mid-roll ads. Starting this November, however, YouTube will take away this control. Meaning that you'll likely see more ads from our channel (or on YouTube in general). YouTube clarified that we still have control over the timing of mid-roll ads, but it's unclear if we can turn of just the mid-rolls, or if there's only a single on-off switch for all ads. [Weekly Update] I Hate Modern TVs

I don't know if anyone beside me care about this. Microsoft has changed the default Office font from Calibri to Aptos. And I have to say, it's... not my favourite. Not that Calibri is all that pretty to begin with, but the small aperture of the letterings (The holes in the "R" "a" "e"), plus the double-storey "g" just makes the whole thing less legible than Google Open and Helvetica.

I do like that the lower case "l" has a curve, though. Helps with dyslexia.

Tony Jaa was a sensation back in the 2000s. I distinctly remember an interview with Donnie Yen, who was either promoting SPL or Flash Point on a TVB variety show. In it, Yen directly says he was motivated upon seeing Jaa's popularity. He said: "Why can't we do that? It's not like we can't fight!"
