hekate 4.6 svc beta released (means stutter free N64 emulation 4.0+ via kernel patches)

 I  still need to PR some changes to atmosphere and libnx, so for now you  have to use this mupen64plus-next build to make use of the patches:

Today we start the closed beta for the Overclocking service.

It was developed by p-sam, natinusala and me in cooperation.

Currently the GUI is still missing, also some other soon-to-be-announced features.

Horizon 6.x Memory/GPU OC Patches

Hello Patrons!

As promised for the 20 Patrons milestone, here go the Memory and GPU Patches.

These patches originally were just for research purposes, but are considered safe.

Anyway I hope they are a neat reward to skip some time while we work on more exciting features.

Eventually these shall be superseeded by our Clock manager title (that's why I don't plan on supporting other fw versions currently)!
