The target video is very low resolution (the best i could find) so it has problems with face detection. Especially with profile shots. Secondly, there are very limited data of target actor (those who guessed Ted Bundy were correct) so it doesn't look right. He still looks very much like Al Bundy because i don't have the required range of expressions of Ted Bundy.
Its a shame, i loved the concept of a real serial killer in a sitcom where everyone calls him by his real name. ...

WIP Project: Up North
This is an unfinished project.
I wanted to experiment with a stylized CG character on a real face. The good news is the face detection worked. Bad news is that the data set of the pixar UP kid was too small and kim jong un has a strange way of talking, his lower lips hang a lot so the character was not closing the mouth while he spoke and it didnt look right. But its pretty funny nevertheless and I see a lot of potential in this.
I may revisit this project in the fut...
