Added 2019-06-06 19:43:10 +0000 UTCThe target video is very low resolution (the best i could find) so it has problems with face detection. Especially with profile shots. Secondly, there are very limited data of target actor (those who guessed Ted Bundy were correct) so it doesn't look right. He still looks very much like Al Bundy because i don't have the required range of expressions of Ted Bundy.
Its a shame, i loved the concept of a real serial killer in a sitcom where everyone calls him by his real name. I may revisit this idea later.
Sorry if you're disappointed. I'm very disappointed too.
