Ok guys, I need help deciding what to watch since there are a few shows that started the second season or shows that have a new season that I have not watched yet

I'm still watching things but I'm posting what I was able to watch so far. I watched 2 things yesterday morning and I was planning on watching more in the evening after getting home. THE PROBLEM is that I went to the movies with my nephew and my sister to watch Thunderbolts and I ended up being in such an emotional state that I spent the rest of the evening feeling - weird. My bipolar brain imploded I guess. I was not expecting it to hit me this hard.
