Just some extra doodling I did to wind down a little and recover some energy. I'm planning to finish at least a couple more Feb sketches (four are left) and the last Full Color this week. I'll be getting the Art Pack ready likely on Tuesday and try to upload two months of art to FA/other sites on Wednesday.

Sometimes science can go a little too far, and pull deities from nearby realities into your own. Sometimes you just have to practice drawing from life, or at least a good picture. I haven't done any 'tone paper' charcoal style drawings since college. I'm glad to see that my skills have translated well to the medium. The bird is from photo reference, visually copied in only black/white, and the right wing is completely hand drawn.
