It's taken all week, but the home I'm currently staying in is finally clean enough for photos and viewing. Just wanted to update this post to let you know I'll be back to drawing starting today, though I probably won't post too much on weekends. Weekends are when we'll be having house visitations, so I won't be at my desk.

There's a certain quality to an undersketch that's really, really hard to preserve in clean up. It's nice to keep them too, sometimes, instead of deleting so the charm can be appreciated.

Intermission: Quick Thoughts on Process

Some more artwork pertaining to AZ Pokeman, and some snapshots of process. Sometimes, planning is the most difficult part.

I like being able to go back and compare the under-sketches to the final 'product'. It's my mind trying to muscle through the bulk of the puzzle. You can tell what I'm trying to 'work out', by how often I go back over the same area.

I hope you had a lovely October! I've got lots to circle back around to, and many more new drawings to post, but!

Let's get some new characters underway. I was thinking the other night, about how many characters I love, but haven't gotten the opportunity to illustrate yet. Please pick one set of characters down below, and I'll draw the most popular duo options for November.

Kiss is a Kalos beautician, about 50 years old. She only has three pokemon, a Furfrou, Rotom, and Yamask. The Yamask is an heirloom partner; a very distant relative who was lucky enough to remain with her family after death.
