Patron Commission August - Finn Thunderhoof

Hello everyone!

Sharing my pictures of the upcoming miniature from Patron Commission August.

It turned out great, however, I do have some critics:

- The chainmail has small rings, it does not take away miniature quality but you will only be able to see really close, but this is also good for printing at bigger sizes.

- My supports were hard to come off (i recommend caution if you use them, to not cut yourself or damage the mini).

Hello everyone!

Today is the last day of August. So let's talk about what happened in August and what is expected to happen in September.

August, I think it was not a good month, although I really enjoyed the sculpted models, things got delayed and I felt like I could have done more. In this month there were the following releases:

Modular Draenei Male - Now available

Hello everyone!

Today I have sent you all my first fully modular miniature.

I have released, 5 heads, 4 chests, 1 shoulder, 3 arms pose, 1 weapon, 2 shields, 3 legs, and 8 tails (4 with 2 poses each).

Head, Arms, hands, and tails have ball joints to increase pose options. Sedai and Kahled weapons are compatible with this model. 

During the modeling phase, I have tried to add a ball joint to the hips to add more poses to the model but after so many tries I gave up ...

Armored Elekk Mount

Hello everyone!

Today I am releasing the Armored Elekk Mount.

He is a Large creature compatible with a 50.8mm base (In the render I am using the Dirt1B50.8mm base available on Googledrive)

In the files are included Idle and posed unmerged, so you can add more variation to you tables. Those are not test printed and supported. There are also Bits for converting previously released Elekks into mounts.

Tomorrow i will post some update on modular Draenei.

Armored Elekk - Test print

Hello everyone!

I had some issues printing the Armored Elekk, where the slicer sliced only half the model and stopped. I still don't know the cause but I will start checking the files before sending them to the printer.

I think the result was amazing.

I will upload the models on GoogleDrive as soon as I finish this post. There will be only one version Pre Supported, and other versions available to Kitbash or Generate variations on your desired 3d software.

Armored Elekk Mount (WIP)

Hello everyone!

Today I have finished the Armored Elekk Mount. I have hollowed and sliced, soon I will be test printing.

I will add in the final version an Idle pose with loose armor parts so you can delete those parts and customize your own or print as it is. I will also add a version with loose parts and Head so you can change head pose and add variation if you wish. Those will not be hollowed, I had a bad experience with the unmerged wild Elekk.

Modular Units (WIP)

Hello everyone!

Today i have finished test printing the lower half and the saddle.
I wanted to make this to make sure that every thing would fit together nicely. The saddle is compatible with the existing Elekks but i will also make 2 more poses and armor (can also be printed separately to customize your mount).
One of the heavy will be Sedai armor but i will add more heads.

Decisions i have made:

Hello everyone!

Today I have sent on mini hoarder to you guys Kahled.  I will upload the Elekk right now and you should receive it today.

Here are my pictures of him, not the best photos. Those weapons are being held only by pressure, I haven't glued yet could not decide what pose to make.

A dual crossbow was an idea that came to my mind after a comment on Instagram, I liked it very much but it's not practical, he can only reload with his mouth.

Armored Baby Elekk

Hello everyone!

Today I have finished the Armored Baby Elekk, he will be Kahled Pet. He is compatible with a 25.4mm base, in the render I used Dirt1A 25.4mm, already on google drive.

Just supported my version and sent it to the printer.

I have left the Armor plate on his shoulder so that people can paint or add their banners.

Modular Draenei

Hello everyone just a quick post.
Soon i will be making modular Draenei. What i mean by that is that if you wish you will be able to build an army.

So let's go to the point:
1- I intend to make legs, torso, Head and arms separate objects. Every leg will have 3 poses, torso probably 2. Unfortunately tentacles will be cut (you can still make them with greenstuff or similar)

Do you think it will be too troublesome, having all those small bits?

Patron Commission - August (Poll result)

Feltyr - Male Centaur half deer (like dryads in wow) that use a shield and javelins/spears and armor in the whole body, or upper.

Hello everyone!

Today I am adding Kahled to google drive as early access. I have finished his sculpt, I will now do the supporting and test print him.

Kahled comes with 2 body options and 6 hand options all interchangeable left and right (maybe it was too much...), I felt unnecessary to add the tabard version of him. The crossbow did not turn out like I was expecting so I changed to a standard hand crossbow.

Hello everyone!

Sharing with you guys my next release is still in the block-out phase. Kahled is a Hunter! A DPS for our Draenei party.

Today is the last day of July, in a overall meaner i think it was a good month.

I bought the Resin printer and could print my models with great quality (with lots of failures) but it helped me to get inspiration and improve.

Miniature Release: Wild Elekks

Hello everyone!

Today i am releasing the Wild Elekk pack.

There are 4 Elekks in this pack (Alpha, 2 adults and a Baby Elekk).

The baby Elekk i'm also releasing a free version unsupported.

Miniature real pictures

2 weeks with my Elegoo mars 2 pro, with lots of printed legs and random bits... but i managed to survive. Got no curing machine and took a while to cure things (even the wind was against me and tossed my stuff trough the window), but i did it.

Sedai - Holy Paladin (WIP)

As requested by some Patron on instagram i will share my WIP on Sedai.

On the first picture there is a blockout of the pose i'm going for and a female base model to compare the sizes.

Second, is the current status of the sculpt. The hammer is not in the right proportion yet. I intend to give him a scalemail and shoulder mantles (similar to Uther).
