These were taken by Exhibit Photo PDX in a beautiful meadow during golden hour after a full day of shooting in three spectacular locations. He was experimenting with different lens babies, which is why the images have some blur. We started calling this set "Vintage Playboy," because this portion of the shoot felt very reminiscent of 70s Playboy.

Since I shared some images from my first shoot with Evyenia, I thought I'd show you some photos that simply didn't work, but are enjoyable if you have a sense of humor.
Our photographer, Eric, wanted to try shooting in this abandoned auditorium using body stockings. As you can see, some concepts clearly just don't work out the way you imagined. Evyenia and I tried to make it happen, but we spent a lot of the time giggling at the absurdity.

Today, photographer Eric Alter and Evyenia are taking a trip down from NYC to my cottage for a full day shoot. So it only seems right to post some images from the last shoot we all did together. This series was shot in an abandoned school house. I'm honestly not a huge fan of shooting in abandoned buildings or overly urban settings, but I'll admit this was an exceptional location. XO.

I was so inspired after sprucing up my little sun room yesterday, I took some self portraits this morning at 7AM.
I had to finish and submit my articles today, because I will be away for the weekend, so I was not able to edit and post the full set tonight, as planned.
Over the next two days, every tier will have a little something special from this set.

July has been a crazy month. Being a shore town, it's the busiest month for the newspaper. I'm happy for the work, and it allows me to engage with interesting people often.
I have a roommate moving into the spare room in my house, so I've been doing a lot of cleaning and reorganizing.
I also have a full day shoot in my house next week, so I've been trying to make a simple and elegant space to work in that is a little different from what I've been doing.
