ENG - We changed the tire, but as it was a tubeless tire, and it was all torn up, we had to walk 60 km to the next town to try and buy a new one. Argentina is undergoing a transition of government and the price of the tire was double that of Brazil. Luckily the store had a used tire that is still on my car today. Of course, the boys who worked in the tire store asked what had happened to me and kept looking at my cast :).

ENG - I was going on a road trip to Argentina and Uruguay and at the last minute I decided I wanted to go in a cast!!! SLWC is perfect for these occasions!!! I got the cast at 11 pm and woke up at 4 am to go on the trip. The first part of the trip was 900 km of road, approximately 12 hours, and in these photos you'll see me looking sleepy and tired! But I was happy with my plaster, which was perfect and got a lot of attention!

ENG - It's a unique feeling to wear a Hip Spica. I like restricted casts. So much so that I really liked the Velpeau. I was afraid the cast would break there at the junction of the leg and the waist, but it was more resistant than I thought!!!
