Actually, since I want to sell my apartment since a while (and hope to be able to sell it despite the actual situation in Barcelona) I also want to sell this large and heavy table and the also large and heavy chairs. I have six of them and for sure this kind of large furniture wouldn't fit in my new home, that I hope to find better sooner than later :-) 

But the table is very very stable and, apart of offering space to dinner for six of more people - one can enlarge it - it wouldn't move ...

I am almost all day looking at the latest news and very nervous. The situation makes it almost impossible for me to work calmly while outside the plebs is crying for it's so-called "rights" and the helicopters are making noise directly above of my apartment.

Mont Sain-Michel

This beautiful place at the southern end of the Normandie or the northern end of the Bretagne in France is an island when the tide comes in. When taking photos I usually let myself flow in the situation and take the photos out of my intuition.

But  of course I also consider that I want to publish them in various places  and so I pay attention to also take photos that do not show the  intimate parts of a model. I take her from the other side, look that a  shadow covers too much visibility or simply use poses with closed legs.  You have seen these images in the series I just uploaded before.

figure studies, part 1 (series)

It was the first session with this young woman who decided to use the  artistic name "Syrinx", a name she found in a book of classic Greek  poems that fascinate her.

She is a modern ballet dancer, but when  she approached me, because she'd love to have some natural nudes of her  "before it's too late" :-), I did not want to take photos of those  classic ballet poses. I had a session this month with this young woman you see above. She's an alternative actress and works in expressive theatre and so I photographed a series of expressive body positions. It's a series of 180 images...

color contrast portraits (series)

I took a lot of portraits during my life as what we call "professional photographer".

Mostly  those were very classic portraits taken in the studio: a soft light for  the face that will hide pores and wrinkles, a harder light for the hair  to give it some luster, standing or sitting in a slight angle to the  camera, natural soft colors or black-and-white with deep blacks but soft  contrast.
