I know im falling short of what i need to get worked on--i want to write this wrong ASAP and keep the ball rolling.

Whew...this is finally done and here! 25$ tier picked this two months ago...but a ton of snowball effects left it -really- lagging behind on being finished, i'm really sorry. Not to mention a 3-character piece.
Nytro finds himself pinned between Ayn and Sabir Miyour, gettin' a little of both worlds.. bi/pan powers combine!! I previously did Nyt-Sabir and Nyt-Ayn pics and this kind of 'takes place' after all those, not to mention "Nytro Sandwich 1" which I would call the one I did a little bit back of Nyt between Ayn and Symat. So this was a fun sequence to join those! I like the look of Sabir too, has changed a little bit over time. he's still the big tough softie as he is.

On a very red moon in a distant system, careful steps are taken.
I want to get this rolling steadily, so, bit of a low-impact first page. One of my worries to just lore/exposition dump, something I want to avoid, but gotta start somewhere!
Page 3! It took a while in CCF for Twix to take the bone, so setting it right by getting it buried quick, lol. I think this flows okay, trying a few things different pacing and panel wise, but hope it works.
The sketch for the first chapter(verse) of SoS, we take a step into this galaxy, and observe a few details about the setting. In this setting I want to begin a slow introduction to a few things. I despite exposition dumping and massive loredrops the moment I look into something new, so I felt this intro chapter does a fair bit of fun and doesn't require previous character or setting knowledge: the information/tech/places/etc here are all new, to everyone, so I hope it's a good smooth slide into the story!
These comic sketch pages are what will be posted/shared to the 2$ once the new tiers are in place. Finished pages will be posted only to the 6$ tiers, until they are posted publicly later. (I'm aware I'm currently very far behind in public posting for images, the comic won't be -that- far behind. I expect a much shorter delay between supporter access and public, once it's fully rolling)
This was a little fun romantic doodle I did for my wife of our lionsonas from her Tribe of Shawri comic. Amari has a passion-stone-necklace that glows brighter when the wearer is..well..feeling strong emotion. Kano is intrigued, but it's 50/50 if he knows what he's doing.
Apologies for the lull in posts--I am working but I'm also SICK. I think we all got it when we went to the animal hospital. Sierra passed last week and it's really got to us, and then the wife, kid and I all got sick to boot, so it's been a slow week.
This is the content from March! I had my hands a little full, but I think I did okay with some content creation...that being said, April here will be the REAL test, because I want to find a rhythm and style to balancing these two comics at once, which kind of leads into the changes that I want to make once the tier price changes come into effect:
I put off changing the tier prices for a bit because I want to know for sure that people like them, and that I can hit their goals. The tier price changes also take 31 days to implement(as per Patreon's rules) so there will be a bit of a month or two delay, but things I want to solidify are:
Being able to do 2 public streams/week, and at least 1/week for the 10$+ tier on the Discord server
Actually finish and polish said server
Be able to do at minimum 1 page/month on both comics, with the goal being 2/month as the ball gets rolling.
Still have sketches and the $25 tier image pick active (though sometimes with complex picks this takes longer it seems..)
25$ tier refs pasted in a specific thread on the server that I pull from for cameos on comic for bg/side characters.
Once these things have been met, hopefully this or next month, I'll feel a bit better about the tier changes, too. I don't want to stop doing these, so bear with me as I feel it out a bit. So one of our favourite shows lately is Shangri-La Frontier. A VRMMO style anime with a ton of fresh twists on the genre that honestly, have kept it so incredibly entertaining its impossible to not recommend. And in Engish, to boot. We skip the subs entirely and just wait for the dubs, the VA is -that- on point, especially birdmask main OC, Sunraku. Just some dudes playin games.
On the other hand, I've been gaming a lot less lately too, trying to start these comics, servers, business stuff.. so I picked up my ol' Phoenix Wright save file and been playing it on my Switch, easy enough to pick up and put down. Well, in between Shangri-La Frontier episodes, we try to find other stuff to watch. Lo and behold there's a Phoenix Wright anime!..??? so.. we thought why not. It's not bad, but it's definitely primarily for the fans of the games.
But when watching and working, we prefer English if possible, to be able to focus on the work and not have to read-and-draw. Guess who we hear for Phoenix Wright, but Sunraku's VA himself. Actually nails it, and the rest of the dub isn't bad either.
So...I drew Sunraku as Wright. That's it, that's the story.
I try to leave myself time for one personal piece, usually it's just a for-fun thing that no one asked for, each month, and this I guess was March's. Forgive my silly personal indulgences, lol. I know I shouldn't, not when I'm behind on other stuff i need to do, but.. shit's tough, guys. Drawing's hard. Life's hard. Sometimes I just gotta step back and do random crap to reset or recharge.
Page 2 - Some adjusting into the style, some more fun with Twix and Lia's dialogue as it moves at a quicker pace than what I'd been doing for years (Denali) and back to CCF pace, feels kind of refreshing, lol.
The currents of conflict and influence pull at the threads of life for everyone from emperor to engineer, throwing plans and paths into a labyrinth of choices. Navigation of the mind is just as vital as the material struggle for resources, and what it means to adapt, to be kind, to be strong, or even just to be alive. Life is stardust, and there are as many ways to live and assign meaning to life as there are stars in the expanse.
Song of Starlight is the name I've given to my sci-fi story. For years, it did not have a name! I didn't even know what it would be about! Things like Ask ARA, request doodles, other stuff over the years have since shaped the characters, and though no one is ever 100% ready before they start a story (or so I'm told), I feel I finally have enough of it to go! Story, design, style...it'll be a slow burn, but I hope it can snowball and give people an engaging, fun thing to support continuously and come back to. I feel the title name accurately describes this...space opera+slice of life+menagerie of things that I like, personally, in stories, with a lot of ideas I haven't seen done before.
I hope you all will enjoy this ride, and stick with me as I ease into a pace for it! Thumbs and sketches will be posted in the $2 tier, and HD/Early Access will be in the $6 tier (need to update tiers), and PSDs of art in $10. When I get the Discord server up, other bonuses tied to the comic will be in there, such as discussions, sneak peek WIPs and a few other ideas.
Kovsai gives off a dangerous look--he is the epitome of 'I cannot get a read on this person', or 'I have no clue what they are going to do next or why'--and coyly treats his contacts and inner circles with such a wide variety of gestures that it could probably make it very difficult to get close to him or anticipate anything.
This, of course, amuses Kovsai.
As I write more of the upcoming story, and draw more of Kovsai, the more I like their character, and as a genderfluid villainous femboy chimera, I think I've got this fun arsenal of responses that he could give out throughout the story. I can't say more without spoils, so I'll just say I hope you guys are looking forward to this as much as I am!
The idea here is Rorik travelling around the stars, has taken a pit stop in Siania, and Ayn, known for escaping the Palace and having her own kind of fun, takes a peek into the male baths, where the two discuss interplanetary diplomacy with no clothes.
My half of a trade with the skilled Snowskau, who did a fantastic Rane image. I'm kind of working between several things at once, so apologies if things are a little slow the first week--CCF2, Radoslav, 25$ tier image, SOS comic and more pulling through at once, so just tryin to nail down the list.
So here's the files for Feb for this tier! The overall goal for March is a big three-step one that I hope works well... overall, it will be a shift to comics, a start of the scifi one, a Discord launch, and tier changes. This will be the last month of the current tier prices, starting in April I hope for them to be 2/6/10/25, and a couple of the rewards shift around a little, especially revolving around the Discord.
The plan is for rewards to be much more organized and searchable using the Discord, as well as private tier streams via the Discord and bonuses. I'm still working on it, I always feel like managing one might be too much work, so it'll be mostly artist-focused at first, opting to avoid a big, all-around-community feel until I get my footing with it and hopefully, some mod help.
It won't be a requirement to join, but it certainly will make things easier, I imagine, after looking at other artists' servers and setups.

Getting better at this style pretty quickly is good! Page 1!
There's a few things I could improve on and remember for the main comic but that's okay. Also getting a chance to elaborate more on Twix and Lia's attitudes and word diction. They're just a couple of casual nerds. Twix is hardware, Lia is software. Together they make a potato PC.
This is what, I think, I've narrowed it down to for future comic styles, at least for lines.
CCF2 is also a test bed for how I do the future comic too, so I want this to look good and work, be consistent! I like this particular brush for its looseness and shape--but I also don't want it to feel -too- messy or restrictive because of it? I suppose nothing says I can't change brushes or styles along the way.
The colours will come next and if I'm being honest, want to save full shading for just the really important panels. Sorry, this is all taking longer than expected because of settling into the style, but also this month we're putting in house-sale-stuff and it's a mess/timesink. But if this works, it's a fairly quick enough style that will let me cover 2 comics simulcast and the flats will be a flat-plus-minor-highlight/shade. I can't think of any good examples, so I'll just have to do it for this and show you guys in a day or two when I colour it.

I drew Kanga once before...TEN YEARS ago. I stumbled on artist Einshelm drawing her one day recently and it spurred me to try her again. The past couple weeks I've just doodled on and off in between bigger projects as warm ups. There's no bigger resolution for this, just coloured sketches.
Normally I'd say "sorry for this art/ruining childhood/no one asked for/random AF content" but that's just my MO i guess?? You all should know by now! Enjoy..?!
