Ok, so ive been absolutely in love with a cosplay I recently found and had to try replicating it in daz. This is as close as Ive come so far and there's still a few tweeks I want to make. But overall I'm rather happy with V1 of the Nekobots. Look for more colors and styles soon!

So, I am Irish, and while I always enjoy St Patrick's day... I find myself drawn to older aspects of the religion in Ireland. And so here is a render of myself as The Morrigan, in Bronze and Gold.

I took the quick gif i made the other day and added a lot more movement to the picture, so it doesn't look so unnatural to have only one thing moving in the image. I also rendered it at a larger 1080 scale to really show off the reflections. I absolutely adore seeing the reflection of the hand on the angel's face in such great detail.

Clockwork Angels part 1

In a world where the arcane and science meet, there was an idea to create the perfect peacekeepers. Robotic angels to fly overhead and keep peace throughout the city. But no core could be created advanced enough to give these machines the ability to perform all needed tasks.

But then one scientist asked the question. Did these angels have to be fully machines? Could a human mind not be used to pilot these angels? Were not the scientists working on using the Jelroth Crystals to imprint...

Second attempt at the final toy march, and I think I like the smoothness of the camera a lot better,

So, after you get shrunk, your clothes change, and you loose control of your body? you go marching! This is the first test of the final marching animation I am trying to decide if I like the jerkyness of the camera following me or not. I might have to try putting it on a smoother path rather than centering on myself, but on the other hand I enjoy the herky-jerkly motions. 

Aspects of Transformation

Ive talked a bit about the four aspects of transformation. But I think some people get confused by the fact each one looks different and thinks they each have to deal with a different type of transformation. So, I made this simple chart showing how each one is more about a mental effect rather than any individual type of tf. I’ve always loved the idea of being stuck, trapped as a toy and only being able to (at most) move my eyes around in panic.

Shrinking Animation

So, finally getting to sit down and play with Gimp has led to some much smoother animation effects for the actual transformation.

So this is my first attempt at combining the previously shown animations to create a transformation effect. I will admit the effect isn’t stellar and using the tools I had (MS paint to drag pieces of one image over another) I’m not fully happy with it.

So the next step is that I am re-rendering parts of the image with my figure in various stages of transformation and will use gimp to attempt to layer the images and introduce areas of transparency over the top image along...

I’ve got a shrinking feeling! Part 3

Here is the first series of frames for the Shrinking feeling animation. Now with moving magical bolt. I really do like the set up for this room and the next part is going to be incredibly fun but incredibly hard.
