I wanted to check in with you ladies and gents to give you a quick update on our progress.
I should be done with the writing of Underworld book 2 this week! The revisions and editing are still coming, but that's usually much faster than the writing process. Especially now that I'm writing full time.

What I look for in a title.
1) Grabs your attention.
2) Fits the series. (Underworld has a silly humor to it. Example Naruto, even though there are serious elements.)

We are almost finished with Underworld - Book 2!
Things I'm still working on.
1) The ending. I'm somewhere between 10-30k words until we get this sucker finished. It's hard to say because I need to up the pacing without leaving out any crucial detail, but its almost all action, which can take longer.
2) It could be done as early as this week, or take 1-2 more.
3) I am well over the length of the last book and we haven't even got to the ending yet.

I put in my two weeks notice at work this past Monday!

Working again has impacted the amount of writing I'm getting done. Next Saturday will be my last day at my day job. I'm really ready to get back to it.
