Bit of a mix of things, had a idea for a Sphinx that riddles you on song lyrics, thought that would be cute to explore. Been thinking about the bird boy some too, want to see about giving him some nice shoes, that and I'm thinking about making him even shorter. Also some capybara getting "dirt" on his feet. walking outside will do that.
I guess this is the first post of the new year! that feels weird, going to take a while to adjust to writing "2022" when dating these imagines.

Been musing on something over the last couple of days with regards to the dog boy. I want to give him a bit more colour to him but without changing things too drastically, what I've settled on is giving him a bit of a back pattern.

Going to try and get the two Boof pictures sorted out tomorrow. Been kind of cute making him small.

Sooo a few people have been getting me interested in interns and stockings lately. So god help me I tried my hand and drawing some. Tried it out first drawing over a old picture of sunny and it worked well. So managed to scribble out something extra with the look.
Sorry I've been so slow this month, I really underestimated how much time "CHRISTMAS" was going to take up. Going to try and get as much done as I can now that it's sorted.
And so the flavor of the month continues!
But no just trying to draw this boy more. Trying to show off who I want him to be, get some personality through, stuff like that. I want him to have a carefree attitude, not a goody two shoes but more relaxed about size shenanigans.
I might do these up more and post them up as sketches when I can.

Sorry been a little bit obsessed with these two boys at the moment.
So here we have a sleepy dog with a little paw friend. Also a Capybara check his paws for either what he's trodden on or to see how his little "friend" is doing.
So sorry it's been a slow start to this month, mix of health, bad sleep and the lead into Christmas has kept me busy. Trying to get as much as I can dos in between it though so thank you all for bearing with me.
ANYWAY as I said, finally got around to getting the second version of the glasses picture finished up. Took longer than I planned mostly because I got hit with a cluster of headaches shortly after the last post. I've touched up on some details on both versions and tried to clea...
Being blind as a bat without these damn things make putting them down at any point in time a very dangerous a fair. not only to yourself but to those around you.
So, this one kind of started off simple enough but kind of spiraled out of control a little bit. There's also a norm/micro alt I wanted to get done too but this has been taking too much time so I'd rather get half of it up now and then updated it with the other half later once that's done. Backgrounds and colouring just really...
So the scope of this has, grown lets say. Cleaned it up a bunch and figured it would be cute to have macro/micro versions. Also stretched it out a bit more. Just need to do more to polish up and finish off the city alt, then throw some colours on. I might try to keep that part simple but we'll see how it goes!
Also a bonus sketch because drawing line art for hours on ends drives me crazy.

Re-upload because of a few reasons. The more I looked at it the more I agreed with the poll and liked the 3 toes as his default look I kind of got excited and finished this up before the poll had really started. But also I'm thinking of keeping the 5 toed look as a alternative because it does look good, works with him and gives a few options down the line. (I really need to draw up some decent reference sheet for some of these characters to help explain some of these details.)

Little bit late (was aiming for the November 29th) but I was experimenting with the background, trying out drawing/painting over a reference. Which was a lot quicker than if I'd done things by hand without the reference. But still was a background and still took ages, but I wanted to make the first result for that work poll into something a little special.
I'll get the end of month zip up tomorrow and then I'm going to go hibernate...
This one is probably going to spill over into next month. This background is kicking my ass a little bit and I still have the shoe alt and colours to do. :'v
So because this is taking it's sweet time I might try to update some older art or hunt for some extra stuff to upload for tomorrow.

It's a horrible, dirty place. Can't even walk on the footpath without stepping on something.
OK so because of the way the Poll went I've been wanting to see how the 3 toes look and feel on Chris. I'm still not 100% sure because I'm really torn between the two options. So I'm going to try and draw both up for a while, see how they sit and feel before making any kind of final decision.

Here we go again.
Ok so different capybara this time but similar line of thought. The 3 toe look is more in line with the actual capybara animal and you know, is huge and cute. The 5 toed look is more practical but considering this character is going to be used as a alt and I kind of have kassy for 5 toed foot stuff it might be creating overlap, which is something the 3 toes avoid.
I have been thinking agaaain. Well for one thing I think I've settled on a name for this alt, Chris. Another is I've never really been completely satisfied with his design. There's a lot of elements that got handed down form previous attempts and ideas, some have worked wonders, others haven't.
So there's a few smaller things I want to touch up on and then one larger thing, his feet, because of course, this is me we're talking about. So I'm thinking I'll run a poll on to see what...

Just a collection of ideas, pirates, boots, snacks, and the dumb dog that's the cause of a lot of problems.
I don't know why but paws just make me want to draw lots of open toed footwear, they just, looks really cute I don't know.
