Kassy is relatively small, you know... relatively.

I really like how his proportions came out in this. He is meant to be a little stocky and it feels good seeing that. You know that plus it must be really embarrassing getting walked over by someone who'd normally only be chest high.

This is a little bit of a hold over while I get the stuff for the poll winners sorted out.

Theme Poll - Sheep on the Big City

Ok so the theme for this month is kind of already sorted with the whole "Macro March" thing. It's not the only month that has a corresponding theme either. So I thought I'd try something a little different. More a "pick your poison" thing. Kind of like what the Donation Tier people get to do.

It's also my birthday month so I'm gonna be a little self-indulgent with these choices. Look I spent the last three years trying to sort out this "new sona" thing and I've got a lot of catching up...

2024 March WIP 3 - Suburban Sheep

Ok so here it is, the main event so to speak. I wanted to get this done as a fun opener to the whole "Macro March" thing. But then the previously mentioned issues happened and that all went out the window.

Big Yawn

Sore Loser

There's been a interesting array of sketches over the last few weeks I'll tell you what. Slowly learning to embrace and enjoy some more lewd ideas.

Also funny story, I was a shark in VR chat once and it's left a lasting impact, I keep thinking about it. Oddly enough Kassy's sheep colours would work very well mixed with a shark and this is something we will probably see again...

So been experimenting a bit since the poll on the matter and, I've got to be honest. I think I'm liking the horns boys and girls. It's just adding this little extra flair.

I need to sit down and do some proper images with them. I've tried a few colours and so far the black seems to work best, but that might need it's own more in-depth exploration.

2024 February WIP 1 - Opening Bulks

Sorry it's been a hot minute. Was set to get things rolling and then the 8th rolled around and Helldivers 2 came out and all of a sudden that whole week was just a blur. Still made stuff but time was just tight so and I got distracted so the uploads got a little delayed. On a unrelated note but that game is good as hell.

Back to the art, manged to snap a lot of work in progress snap shots on these. So wanted to do them as their own upload.

Big Draconic Paws

Looks like Drakk went for a walk, and oh! he's brought along a dragon friend, oh isn't that nice~

So my friend march showed some keen interest when seeing the WIP of this and well, one thing lead to another.

ended up spending more time on it than I was planning but I feel it was well worth it in the end. good lord I love those chonky draconic paws.

2024 January WIP 3 - A tale of Two Kassy's

OK so in a recent development, I'm thinking of just going to call both the sheep and ram Kassy from now on. I've been trying some different names, and talking to A LOT of people about it over the last few months.

Simply put, no other names felt right for the ram, and none of the alt names really stuck for the sheep. I like them both, want to keep and use them both, and I enjoy being called "Kassy" So screw it, they're both Kassy now.

My aim is to try and get these uploaded before I actually finish artwork, as like a sneak preview sort of thing. But I often get excited and end up rushing to the finish line. Like with the Roxanne piece :'v

Also getting started on the redo's, updating that older picture of the two sheep boys. The design for Kass wasn't sorted out at the time so now that things are more locked in, it felt good to go back and do some quick changes.
