It's the first intimate sketch of 2021! For this piece I really wanted to go for a Xianxia vibe. Xianxia is a genre of Chinese media that usually revolves around fantasy and magic. So here we have Sulvain and Raziol studying under the same school of thought (basically magic school XD) and Sulvain is Raziol's upperclassman~ :p
Sulvain's hanfu is inspired by a modern hanfu design I found that I thought would be perfect for him :3

Sulvain would have his own unique sign language as there were not widely accepted national sign languages at the time. Though the signs that he uses are mostly ASL and some IPSL (Indo-Pakistani sign language). ASL has strong roots in LSF (French sign language) so it seemed appropriate to use for Sulvain. :3
