Playing with some colored pencils and having a grand time drawing Raziol a little more mysterious~
Getting back into the swing of things after the holidays. Sometimes it's good to just sketch for fun in a medium you're not used to. Takes off a little pressure and you can let loose while you try to figure things out at your own pace. It's very liberating :D

Jen: I struggle a lot with faces and keeping things even, you can tell cause this video is sped up 2x and it's still 20 mins~ There's a lot of erasing and adjusting and gosh, it's hard to keep eyes even.
I also flip the paper a lot to check my work. The view is slightly warped due to camera position~

Here's another PSD! This one's kinda complicated as well. We used a lot of different techniques for the patterns and the Buddha.
For the patterns we used the symmetrical ruler in Manga Studio/Clip Studio and referenced indian and greek patterns. It's a really cool tool, so if you happen to have the program, check it out! :D

For secret materials this month we have the old pilot comic to the first chapter of Novae! These pages are 4 years old now, wow~
There are some things we still like about this pilot and a lot of things we're really glad we improved on...
And please forgive our terrible terrible French and Arabic... we had no one to help us at the time... (Thank you Tacto for helping us with French in the new version!!!)

Hi all!
We have a couple new postcard designs for the month of Nov and Dec~
Constellation Patrons for November will get some glitter with their postcard of Raziol and Sulvain dancing~
And for December, we'll have the floral one on the left, which will be sent out in January~

This is another pencil inking video! This time, I finish Sulvain.
I use .3 and .5 mechanical pencils and as you can tell, I keep on breaking the .3 lead cause I press too hard XD;;
Also, the sound is a little off. My computer has trouble recording sometimes.

In this video, I did something we call pencil inking.
Basically, it's going over the blue rough sketches with a very clean pencil line.
I used a .5 and a .3 mechanical pencil with a sheet of white paper to keep me from smudging!

So this drawing is actually from 4 or 5 years ago and an example of another crossover! Novae was the first crossover we ever attempted and it ended up becoming the main story for both characters. This one on the other hand... well the stories they stem from were just too different!
