The Lady of Iron Chapter 12 has been fully edited, and now has an extra two pages at the end of it. So if you read it before it was edited, I'd suggest you give it a second look so you don't miss out on anything.
Originally, I wasn't going to include this extra bit, but I realized after that it would hurt the flow of the next chapter if it was jammed in there, thus the change. Don't worry though, this type of thing won't happen often.
