RoA Conclusion: Sucks. Only good on Ryze. Its situationally good on Cassio Anivia Kassadin. This item strength is in Catalyst healing in lane, and when fully scaled. It works as a semi crown for champs like cassio anivia in games where u dont need damage from liandry ( so vs assassins ) Its good on ryze cus he uses every aspect of item, the level up, the mana, the catalyst.
Ryze up a tier, i believe RoA ryze is quite strong when played by a good player.

Renata down a tier due to the pickrate of other champs, caitlyn, varus karma lux nami, even heimer ashe is played alot, which is not good for renata. Renata is amazing vs dive, best champ in support role vs dive, but u arent against dive every game.
Nothing much changed for support imo with the season changes, the jungle changes doesnt rlly impact support role that much, i think support meta will change at start of season probably when more OP picks and builds are found elsewhere...

Overall the main changes for adc is Navori and tanks in the game.
If a very tanky tank is in the game, or overall tanky comp , they will be more tankier than before usually due to heartsteel, which buffs champions like Vayne, Varus Kogmaw. Im not moving these champions tiers tho because they are so situational, but very good in right spots, especially now.

Nilah has rlly high winrate, im not sure why tho so i wont put her up a tier, i guess...

belveth nerf shouldnt matter 2 much since you can only E once in a teamfight anyways, its very rare that this will matter, so she stays where she is
Xinzhao buffs + steraks buffs is very good for him, not enough for S tier tho, but its a start.
Nothing else to rlly discuss, small patch for jungle.
