legit nothing to talk about for top this patch, the ornn change dont matter since it was always this slow amount i believe xD
green = Easy | blue = medium | red = hard | yellow = blindpickable
Blitz is a good champ vs lanes he can abuse with hook , or vs immobile teamcomps, for example lulu kogmaw is double immobile slow squishy champs, blitz is good, these changes doesnt change that, nor does it stop him from being a good blindpick ( he never was one ) so he stays where he is.
MF support added to the list, these changes buffs it a bit, would be insane if they gave her E base damage and not just ratio tho, that would make her S tier. Good pick vs Heimer ( ur autos fk his tur...
MF down a tier, the change is a buff to liandry MF but u cant go liandry every game, to normal MF its a nerf due to slow nerf.
Lucian is the tier he is because i assume no nami, if he has nami its S tier / S+
nothing rlly changed this patch, i put varus a tier up since i think he is a good response to alot of the meta adcs right now.
Nilah down a tier because enchanters are worse, and yuumi picked less, i think nilah yuumi/sona/taric is still good but its worse + healing ...
Ahri buffs are nice, not enough to make her S+ tho.
quite good corki buffs tbh, not a good champ for soloq tho unless u are really good at him or his playstyle.
malz buffs dont mean anything for him, he has same bad and good matchups/ teamcomps etc so he isnt going to win or lose much from this change, it speeds up his push slightly and gives him a bit more gold on average which is nice.
heimer added to tier list, S tier. Great vs all melee champs that arent yasuo or irel...

Syndra is in a good spot atm in general, which means that she will be stronger in botlane since the champion overall is stronger, and the passive collecting cooldown is per champion, meaning you can get more stacks in botlane too. Up a tier.
jinx buffs in 12.19 were nice but they also nerfed lethal tempo which jinx really likes to go, also her lulu has been nerfed so yea she isnt going up a tier.
Kaisa up a tier, enchanters are nerfed alot meaning its more excuseable to draft ka...
Aatrox nerfs r pretty big , down a tier, probably down 2 tiers eventually if patches continue like this
Gwen buff only helps her at end of lane phase, gwen was OP before because she would all in you early and win early game rlly hard and then scale giga strong, now she just scales rlly strong but isnt as oppressive in lane, so this wont make her OP.
nice jayce buffs, his wr is lower than it should be because he is very hard to play and in soloq his win through poke in midgame...
