Mundo nerfed , i assume because of all the antiheal cut nerfs, he can still farm safely with Q and kinda not int ( good autofill tank pick imo ), still fine champ but down a tier, also because champs like fiora is being played alot which mundo dont like, mundo likes being vs GP Jayce type of champions.

Fiora down a tier, still very very strong in the right hands though, dont stop playing her.

heimerdinger buffs very good for top, sucks theres alot of fiora, irelia etc players at...

I already rated seraphine S+ as a botlaner, but now shes in her own tier, absolute beast ( must hotfix nerf lol )

my heimer is back! problem for heimer isnt rlly his strength, its mainly theres alot of range in the game, in melee drafts he is s+ by far but alot of the time theres alot of range champs, people dont use range correctly tho and since he is still quite strong in lane he is s+ compared to alot of other mages.

Didnt rate lucian that highly without nami, so not moving h...

ivern buff good for jg and mid, slightly better in mid id say than jungle. Another issue with ivern jungle right now is enchanters gets played alot in botlane, which means you have 2 enchanters which isnt as good since less carries to use the enchanters. Ivern mid buffed, wouldnt suggest playing mids like this in soloq tho unless duo with a rengar or another good carry jungler player.

lucian change matters more for mid than botlane, since you poke and clear wave more often with Q than in botlane, and these type of nerfs for champion like lucian does alot since he relies on his base stats and raw damage to get leads, a lucian without a lead isnt so useful.

Lillia top is the best AP toplaner this patch, very good vs melee comps and melee champs in general, worse vs range champions like jayce, Akshan etc.

Gwen is stronger, long fights, true damage is all beneficial for her, vs her pick GP jax for example, they are okay.

Fiora is S+ right now, hard to bully out of lane with durability changes, her kit fits the changes well, she is good vs alot of the meta tops like Ornn, Cam, Gwen
