Chogath buff is nice, matters more for mid and bot/sup but its good for top too ofc
Aatrox probably biggest buff for tops in this patch, he is better for sure
akali sucks
gwen buff is nice but she has healing from her items and buildpath too so it wont matter as much as on other champs
kennen still buffed overall but weaker
Morde buff similar to aatrox but morde is alot more situational than aatrox in draft, morde needs to see more things than aatrox does.

Galio buff doesnt matter much for support
Seraphine R cd lower is nice, but doesnt fix her issues
Soraka nerf matters a bit as support.
Poppy buff is nice, shes in a fine spot right now cus alot of dashes in the meta so shes added to the list
Poppy is either s+ or a+ depends on drafts.
Green = easy | blue = medium | red = hard
yellow = blindpickable

Seraphine bot got buffed a bit
Soraka nerf doesnt matter that much for adc soraka tbh, her strenght comes from Q poke and healing her support with W.
Varus down a tier , he isnt as bad as his winrate shows but he keeps getting nerfed + the meta doesnt fit him ( alot of assassins and mobile champs with sustain and shields )
lucian up a tier, but he is not far from a+ he has good self peel vs the champs that are meta and his lane is better in most cases due to how he works wit...

Patch 11.19 SoloQ Jungle TierList
Gragas buff doesnt really matter in the sense of the buff itself but predator buff + the meta fits him.
Sejuani buff is nice, lots of melees everywhere too.
i put zac in s+ in a meta where champs was more immobile ( more mages , more mages bot too , varus only in adc xd) but now theres alot more assassins and mobility so he is down a tier.
Poppy jungle is quite good in this meta, but its only a+ cus very specific, can be a god tier pick some games.

Aatrox mid might be playable with this change you might want to try it some games
this akali change is a good excuse to play her cus you want to have fun, but its not a very reliable champ

Fizz went from complete dog shit to okay in one patch. GG! :D its a viable pick now, the new e is pretty unreal xd
Galio buff for some reason :D he is quite strong
Ryze same champ but harder to carry with later ...
