Aphelios is still good in pro play, he is a bit worse in soloq atm cus of all the assassins in jungle.
Ashe WR Barely changed which shows how strong she was and still is , people just get caught by arrow / W all the time or all in early and die to her passive slows. Her W poke is ofc weaker which will impact some lanes but its still a fine champ | She is basically S+ Still just dont want 100 champs in s+
Draven buff matters more for comp play than soloq, its a good buff for good...

Urgot buffs + meta changes is quite nice for him not enough to be s+ quite yet but he is getting there.

Obvious changes is qiyana talon zed, i rate them like this: zed > talon > qiyana.
Zed is by far the best imo, more reliable clear and is more versatile in how he plays than talon, easier gapclosing ganks too in most situations.
amumu changes seem to do him well.
lee sin ad nerf sucks a bit but he will still be able to win 1v1s and do whta he wants, but he is a bit worse ofc.

Fizz might be better at highest level of play cus his lane is better but overall its a big nerf for the champ
Kogmaw buffs are fine but doesnt fix his issues at all, just makes him better pick in places he is good in, but theres other champs like Xerath that are good in those spots too

Rumble laning buffed a bit, will take less dmg in lane cus more Ws, also maybe more all in rotations and faster recalls + roams.

I always wanna improve and do the best to help you guys, now obviously there will be more content for tier 3 and tier 4 but i want to satisfy everyone, so let me know how you guys are feeling.

GP Laning is 10x weaker so he is even worse in soloq compared to before. + alot more skillful cus barrel crit build is harder to play than sterak noob build.
GP Seeing less play buffs alot of champs like Shen, Poppy for example.
teemo buffs are cute :)
item changes: Youmoos nice on jayce imo, Divine should still be bought on the champs in situations where it was good before imo. Hullbreaker still situational item ofc.
