Vayne winrate is high in every rank, so the champ is strong if you are good on her. S+ For sure in some drafts but generally speaking she is S.

Xayah buffs are HUGE, But similar to the vayne situation, its a draft dependant champ, some champs that hurt xayah like GP Got nerfed this patch too tho and people are playing less ziggs now so xayah angles will happen. Up a tier.

Fasting senna is not worth anymore.

Amumu changes are interesting , s+ in low elo ( plat and lower ) his winrate drops alot in higher elo.

Ekko buffs helped for sure but still doesnt fix his issues 1v1ing people and how weak he is in general early game so he goes up 1 tier but not S+

Eve buffs are nice, a bit stronger and can be more impactful early but gameplay is the same

Kayn nerfs are nice, deserved fk u kayn :D

attack range nerf to viego dont matter as much for jungle as for lane, it still matte...

Fleet changes is very interesting for midlane to be honest, some champs like TF has potential with the new fleet, we will have to see what ends up happening.

Lucian mid is worse in most cases, but some 2v2s he can actually be better in.

Akshan is quite good atm, Close to S+ Assassin.

Graves mid is worse for noobs, if u manage ur mana usage he is fine, just cant spam W like an ape cus u need mana for ur Q.

Sona seems to be one of the best range supports, her winrate went high while also having high pickrate, and it makes sense. Obviously blindpicking her in high elo is still dangerous, but she seems to become stronger alot faster, might fall down a tier next patch once people get used to the new sona ( playing vs it ) but for now its strong imo

tahm nerf matters more for solo lanes, but still affects support a bit

Karma changes, not sure how that affects her in adc role, so will have to see, removed her from now, i think her movespeed nerf hurts alot, and her Q2 dealign more damage shouldnt matter.

Sivir W buff is nice for both builds, obviously a bit better for crit, but it doesnt hurt the lethality build either, its nice for both. still a situational champ but shes decent atm yea

Trundle S+, He isnt just a tank killer, with the new items he wins 1v1 vs meta bruisers like xin too.

J4 Buff is nice, but not sure if it allows him to duel the other junglers, his ganks was never his issue he just lost 1v1 to trudnel etc, hes close to S+ tank, maybe he is idk. try him for yourself

Nunu buff is better for mid imo but its good for jungle too just that jungle doesnt get as much AP as mid + dark seal nerfed which was biggest AP nunu was getting tbh.

Jarvan IV Buffs are really good, passive doesnt help much vs range matchups but helps alot vs melees, the R ratios is crazy. I already said to alot of people j4 mid is fine before buffs, now he got good buffs so yea you should try learning it, strong roams and 2v2s and gank setup. oneshots wave with Q Ironspike whip

Not sure about karma changes, sounds awful ? cant imagine her being stronger in solo lanes.
