Darius losing his dash from stridebreaker and some movespeed from items is a huge nerf.

Lee Sin nerfs are pretty big, especialyl for midlane where the waveclear matters alot, he is still viable, but stridebreaker dash removal hurts him too.
Viego losing sustain matters alot for midlane, still strong but not as OP as before.
Anathema Chain item is not really for midlaners, i think some mids can buy it sometimes like Veigar but its nto really going to do much for midlane i think

PATCH 11.12 TOPLANE TIER LIST
Not sure about mundo yet
Aphelios top is something to experiment on
Gnar nerf is quite big, getting close to a+.
Hecarim top buffed again, not sure if i should put on list cus hes either useless or really op, hes not gonna be inbetween, need to see him more but you should experiment with it ( cdr build, divine sunderer, frozen heart etc kind of items)
Malphite buff is really nice, he sdtill has really bad matchups so not S+, but he is god tier in some games.

Nothing changed support related, but some supports like lulu etc will be stronger cus less kaisa aggro lanes.
green = easy | blue = medium | red = hard
same tier list as last patch cus none of the tiers change

Divine sunderer, Heca buffs on repeat, AD Hecarim is back, very strong. very close to s tier.
jarvan buff dont do anything for jgl jarvan imo
not sure how good rammus is
Udyr nerf is quite big but conq dark seal udyr likes the ap ratio thing, but in the end every udyr build will deal damage, you wont buy enough AP to make the ap ratio buff matter more than base damage nerf. his clear is still fine
