Patch 11.10 SOLOQ JUNGLE TIERLIST
Phaserush nerf is bigger for laners obviously but hurts some jglers (loss of movespeed - Udyr, Lillia, heca, graves ) are some champs that got hurt by this, they all have other options in runes though.
and you are all wondering, what did they jungle changes do?............................................. nothing XD
^ Good junglers = still good, some jglers will feel a bit better cus of smite change on crab ( rumble, nidalee, kindred )

Kayle buffs are okay, doesnt solve her issues in toplane though. Shes an even better pick in matchups she can free scale in due to the buff to her scaling (ornn, malphite etc)
Kennen added to list, protobelt change and buffs are nice so hes worth to play some games now.
Abbyssal mask buff is huge lol
Small buff to goredrinker
Riftmaker buff might change build to some champs, Gwen Akali likes these changes.

Phaserush change is a big nerf,but can be played around if ur more careful when you pop it, because of phaserush nerf alot of champs like viktor orianna will be a bit more vulnerable and that buffs mages like Zoe, Tf etc that dont use phaserush.
Kayle might be OP again, buffs are nice, good meta for her ( melees everywhere ) riftmaker buff etc.
Lux added to list, hard meta for her tho she likes jglers like hecarim etc but they dont get played, she dont like assassin meta. However ...

Hecarim changes buffs immobile adcs
Heimerdinger W nerfs hurts alot for lane.
bugfix to jinx hurts her dps a bit
kindred buffs are nice, shes just very situationl ( needs taric/lulu/braum and short range enemy teamcomp/matchup (kaisa samira)
kogmaw very good pick in ideal situations, but not blindable at all so A tier
lulu buffs = more lulu = vayne aphelios jinx twitch kog ashe varus buffed
green = Easy | blue = medium | red = hard

SHEN BUFFED HAHAAHAHAHAH XDDDDDDDD cringe riot
armor nerfs to mundo means hes even worse in AD matchups, but u shouldnt play mundo vs ad anyways soooo ye. Putting him down a tier cus hes so matchup dependant and anti heal is so easy to get.
garen is otp champ, i doont care, if u play garen u are gonna play him regardless of what happens
nerfing gragas again, starting to lose alot of damage now.
Sett is very interesting, very good vs tanks like sion, but not sure about...

lulu quite big buffs and also kog buffs, think duoq lulu + jinx/kog/vayne/ashe/varus etc isnt bad, but soloq lulu is not the best unless u are just an enchanter player
taric decent buffs, still very matchup dependant
trundle sup buffs, good vs rell etc
moonstone buffed
Maybe Alistar, Rell etc is S tier insteas of S+ cus chemtank keeps getting hit, rell can go shurelyas tho maybe, but not sure about alistar, i think item changes dont ma...

Kayn buff is nice, helps him especially on red kayn which is quite weak atm imo.
Khazix down a tier, Rumble Morgana etc all counter him by not getting oneshotted cus of zhonyas and turbo outclears him and morgana can reveal him with R.
Kindred getting a lot of help atm, still gets outcleared by alot of champs tho despite the buffs, but shes for sure alot stronger, s+ in the right drafts.
Trundle quite nice buffs, can be S+ in right drafts, but in general its a bad champ, but...

Diana gets nerfed a little bit, not too much tho.
Lulu gets buffed but not in a way that helps her that much in midlane, she will be more pickable though in mid with kindred being buffed for example, but not gonna put her on the tierlist just cus of that, but shes good some games
Rumble strong flex atm, new passive helps him a lot in melee matchups
Vladimir nerfed, but still stronger than what he was couple patches ago.
So many assassins are good atm so changed the tie...
