Shurelyas is the new moonstone it seems
Seraphine down a tier, cdr boots nerf, the junglers shes good with is alot worse than before, moonstaff combo worse.
Moved soraka down due to moonstone nerfs.
nothing else really going on for supports this patch, boring patch for supports.
green = Easy | blue = medium | red = hard

Vladimir is very matchup dependant, but these are some nice buffs and makes him have a better time vs poke matchups like gp.
Mundo also very dependant on matchup, can be s+ tier.
Gnar nerf is pretty decent, but hes not super high up on my list anyways
Rumble S tier vs tanks maybe? passive looks deadly vs tanks.
Frozen heart buff is nice.
Not sure how strong lee sin top is, it was stronger before all the gorderinker nerfs.

Morgana clear is SOOOO BROKEN, obviously morgana needs to have value in the game with her black shield, but she can also just play to be an AP carry, she hurts.
not sure about zed, but think its really troll
Darius seems decent
Not sure about morde
XIN down a tier, people stopped playing him so i dont know much anymore about him

underrated jinx, s+ piss broken champ
cassiopeia bot added , playable into kaisa samira etc, mana buffs helps her bot more than mid honestly.
Seraphine + Karma might be bad, as champions they are good ( laning etc is unchanged ) but maybe not worth to pick cus of support item changes? will have to see.
Lucian bot dropped a tier, too much range in the game cus of jinx meta and such, kaisa being picked less means less lucian.

Patch 11.8 SoloQ MIDLANE Tier list
Annie nerfs, dont matter too much u usually spam Q, not W so mana nerfs dont matter + protobelt buff helps her more than the nerf hurts her.
Orianna nerf is quite big, especially in already hard matchups like Irelia, Sylas, Ekko kinda things. still recommend playing her though, not enough of a nerf.
Cassiopeia has more issues going on, these E buffs wont make her viable, but will obviously help.
Leblanc continues to get buffed, and lee sin gets buffed too bringing the dead...
