this game shows some good decisions when to decide to not play for your own lane and just play the map, and also shows good use of tempo and when to break freezes etc

Teemo buffs unironically pretty good lol
Sion is really strong right now and they also nerfed lord dominiks a bit so , s+
Morde big buffs, still mainly a counterpick but will win even harder now.
Trinity force changes might change meta a bit, hard to tell

Patch 11.7 JUNGLE SOLOQ TIER LIST
Amumu buffs are nice, hes one of the few tanks that dont need chemtank either, he likes sunfire so buffs to sunfire earlier helps him too, getting close to s+ tank again.
Ivern nerfed again
Kindred buff is quite nice, but some AD items she uses gets nerfed too.
Hecarim, especially tank heca alot weaker this patch.
Id say the jungle is the same, but i add volibear to s+ tank.

Kaisa down a tier, constantly nerfed, alot of bad matchups (trist, cait, ashe, draven) enemy and your team will pick less engage now so you are less likely to have good kaisa drafts.
varus buff again xD why? XD also less engage = better varus games
Kindred unironically playable into Samira Kaisa ( short range ), good AD ratio on Q and good burst, best paired with Taric Braum kinda champs.
Serylda grudge buff = buff to varus, Ezreal
Ashe buffs are nice, but the nerfs...
PATCH 11.7 SOLOQ SUPPORT TIER LIST
Alistar Rell Nerfed + Kaisa Tristana nerfs = Less volatile botlanes > which means more acceptable to go scaling / roaming supports like bard. However, these nerfs arent enough to completely kill these champs as their kits are still really strong.
Thresh nerf quite big to W max thresh, but 3 points E into Q max was never bad so...

Lissandra buffs are really big because of the matchups you pick her in (melee/short range) so you get alot of value from 10 extra damage. (build protobelt tear)
Chemtank nerf + heca nerf means less hecarim volibear running down your immobile mages, so thats nice!
Everfrost nerf doesnt do too much cus most champs have other good items ( tf = shurelyas, protobelt) so i dont change any ratings based on it, i think maybe sylas is hurt most, not sure how good divine sunderer + manamun...

Shurelyas buff is quite nice for Morgana Rakan and some rell games etc
Pyke buff is quite big, he now has strong early but also way better teamfights.
nothing will change the tiers of champs imo

Akali is interesting, alot worse laning phase with nerfs to fleet, and her early game, but scarier all ins.

Rabadons helps veigar and vladimir kind of champs alot.

Shieldbow changes is very good for Draven as he really likes the ad
In general i think its a good change cus the amount of lifesteal you got was overkill and getting more ad = more dmg which means more lifesteal so.
The ravenous hunter nerf hurts alot of ADCs, like caitlyn really liked the free sustain she got. Alot of champs will go back to inspiration/sorcery second now, even vayne might not like ravenous hunter anymore.

Sunfire change is really really good for champs like Chogath that likes more CDR and can stick on people, same for sion.
