PATCH 10.22 SOLOQ JUNGLE TIER LIST
The nerfs to Graves Armor, and nerf to karthus Q makes kindred alot better and she can punish the meta jglers really well and makes her a very strong pick, she would be s+ but she relies alot on laners for marks.
Amumu up a tier
Kayn up because meta jglers nerfed, nimbus cloak nerfed ( he dont use nimbus ) his assassin form is nice in alot of games as theres alot of ranged jglers being played.
Karthus is playable but if he gets hit again hes going down a tier.

Lulu nerfs are big, but shes not on my tierlist anyways and ushouldnt play her now, just play soraka.
No other changes matters for toplane.
Green = easy | blue = medium | red = hard
PATCH 10.22 SOLOQ SUPPORT TIER LIST
Annie changes are pretty poggers! lets her be more than just a damage bot, items like shurelyas are probably good for her.
Leona up a tier, works well with the current adcs being played ( jhin, samira for example, and a good answer to some meta champs like rakan, naut )
Brand changes isnt enough and doesnt help support brand that much i think.
Lulu changed does nothing for support

PATCH 10.22 SOLOQ BOTLANE TIER LIST
Same as last patch, some changes to talk about but not enough to up or down champs in tiers.
Ashe change means more control with W later on but less in early, but should still be possible to hit 2 ppl with W in early lane so shes still op.
Samira stats makes her less likely to snowball, which is a nice nerf.
Annie changes might make her good in botlane ( not just as a support) but not having her here yet cus havent seen it or tried it.
Jinx buffs are quite nice actuall...

Annie up a tier, very strong right now. her E change is only a nerf vs high burst in early game.
Also annie is good into some meta picks ( Lucian, Akali)
Lucian up a tier, he gives pretty much everything you want right now and hes the best ad mid by far, for sure underrated him.
