Lux up a tier because i misjudged her strength last tier list, shes very strong but nerfs hurt a bit.
I added Camille To the list because i think shes very interesting option as a roaming engage support with E max.
Mf added as lanebully support. Spellthief into Black Cleaver EoN Executioners Liandrys Probably best build, E max.

Lux "nerfs" are a bit of a buff to mid lux as her AP ratio on W gets slightly bigger.
Qiyana hit a bit, shes sitll A tier, quite low.

Caitlyn down a tier, this champion needs you to be very diciplined otherwise u just get caught overextending and outscaled, so the -5 movespeed is quite big, if you are diciplined and have good stats on cait keep playing her shes still fine.
Varus buffs are okay...
Kaisa buffs POG, buffs her AD build alot too, not ready for S tier yet but getting close.
Kalista down a tier with Ashe, Senna etc being so strong.

Riot logic = lets buff evelynn q cd for lane!!, this buff removed evelynn weakness of early game duels, she is alot stronger in early game now and much better in skirmishes so shes s tier now.

Sett is okay, but the nerfs to nimbus cloak for sure hit him a bit.

Pantheon added to the list and he is a BEAST! He replaces sett, way better all ins and kill potential, snowballs really hard. good dives. works well with the setup of things like jhin, and pairs well with kalista, caitlyn etc.
Sett down a tier, constant nerfs to him and his playstyle and nimbus cloak hurts him alot.
Rakan in S tier, constant buffs and the last one is quite nice.

Caitlyn up a tier now that her buffs have been played with it turns out she is rlly strong.
However i think she isnt as op in soloq as in pro play because shes very macro based and relies a bit more on ur team to play for you than what ezreal does.
Cassio up a tier as lucian gets buffed and she is good vs lucian and kalista.
Tristana buff is rlly good for botlane and makes her go up a tier, be careful tho u may wanna run cleanse cus ppl go exhaust.
