Viktor from B tier to Z tier lol, OP Early game, strong late game.
LB nerf mainly matters when u have bad matchups like vex lissandra type stuff
swain change irrelevant cus it dont alter when you pick him
Talon down a tier, he was barely deserving to be in the tier i put so this nerf puts him down.
Irelia up a tier, nerfs to lb...

khazix is good enough to stay where he is, no way he should go down a tier.
Rammus buff is great for his map tempo, but champ is very reliant on matchups so i dont put him higher, but for sure a good pick in right games.
Rengar snowballs harder but still bad from his previous nerfs in my opinion.

Jinx is basically same champ as before , not S+ tier.
AP kogmaw will always be good, if its a bad game for on hit kogmaw just flex ur build to AP, regardless of this nerf this is still good to do.
Great MF buff
Not sold about smolder yet, his old build feels pretty bad
Twitch down a tier almost always bad matchups...

Ambessa very good midlaner
Aurora up a tier, very good buffs for mid aurora especially
No range champs in mid goes youmoos so this nerf dont matter, talon just as strong.

aatrox is a terrible champion, why nerf
Irelia is very good in right spots, but has many bad matchups which is why her rating isnt higher.
Swain top is underrated, good poke in lane good vs melees, good buff this patch for top swain

pretty big nerf to lillia to be honest, its very important to be tanky for her
Maokai jungle is still a bad pick in soloq.
Udyr takes another hit, but hes not at the level of the ones below him imo, but hes no longer OP thats for sure.

Talon up 2 tiers, think hes a great benefiter of this patch, minion changes and youmoos more movespeed.
Fizz buffs is not enough, and he dont benefit that much from minion changes cus he often dont even have push.
kayle same champ as always, good champ if free lane and with a jgler like xin zhao/master yi etc.
They fixed alot of swain problems ...

Great change for maokai support, not enough for s+ tier but a good buff stat wise
They finally properly nerfed poppy, the previous nerf to her didnt do much, but this actually matters. She is still a good pick into Rell Alistar etc, but also people play more caitlyn ashe these days than kaisa now so more range supports is bad for poppy, down a tier

Removed god tier due to corki nerf, so hes down a tier, by no means weak and i think the nerf hurts mid much more than botlane.
Now swain is a real champ, unlike last patch where i said he needs buffs, best into shorter range adcs tho.
moved veigar syndra lux down because all mages bot are bad into thigns like Ashe Cait etc so when you have a good mage angle its just better to play swain now in ...
