Schedule Update
Hi everyone, I’d like to explain my new posting schedule. I currently have 5 tiers, and I will adjust the posting days based on each tier (Tier 1 on Monday, Tier 2 on Tuesday, etc.). I’m considering adding a new tier, although I haven’t decided yet. This would be to fill the schedule for Saturday and Sunday.
For Muscle Sunday, which is for all members, I’ll still post it sometimes, so don’t worry.

Hi everyone, how are you doing?
I wanted to let you know that I’ll likely be leaving the hospital maybe in about a week after my treatment.
I’m planning to buy a new laptop, and I’ll provide further updates soon.
