First page of 2020!!!

Alright, let's start filling 2020!!!

Yeah, the sketch for this came out last year, but I figured with everything else Karno was working on I wouldn't push him for more. The comic comes out regardless. 

Well, the meal is done, and now it's time to see the oracle... eventually. 

I have lots of plans for this year people, and I'm pretty sure you'l like them. Just... have to figure out what order to put them out in. Stay tuned.

Sorry guys, RL kinda bunched up on me a bit again, but I'm am not losing my momentum! I WILL NOT BE STOPPED AGAIN!!! XD

Also, yeah, I haven't brought it up much (if at all), but Gustav is actually tri-lingual. He speaks English, Swedish and Icelandic. I'm considering employing that little tidbit a bit more in future pages.

At long last, we are returning...

Hello everyone. Long time no see.

Wow, that's one serious understatement. I disappeared for a whole year, the contents of which I will put up at a later date, as it is indeed a long story, and way to long to write this late at night.

I am not in the hospital due to a terrible illness or injury.

What I *am* however… is physically and creatively exhausted.

Hello everybody! Yes, we are BACK!!

My sincerest apologies for the long wait, it has been a very... "eventful" summer. Very relaxing, to be sure (probably the most relaxing I've had in years as a matter of fact), but there were a few events, both during my vacation and when I came back from work that has kept me off my script game, so Karno has not had anything to work with. My fault entirely, not his at all.

Also, on a related note, I've had a few fans request that I put up soem polls, to see what the fans want and maybe get some new ideas for the comic. Chapter 4 is pretty much all mapped out, but after that, well, there is actually a fair bit of leeway. 

I have a file where I write down my various ideas for HtbD in rough outlines. There's the main chapters, plus side-stories, one-page comics, pinup ideas, you name it.

Okay people, time to start chapter 4!!!

I would like to apologize for the lateness of this post... but this month has been hellish. Due to an injury at work my workload has increased and it was already pretty intense. Combine that with some terrible weather, prolonged sickness and babysitting a dog on top of it all, and my creativity has dropped severely. I only managed to hammer out two page scripts to Karno this month, so that is all he had to work with. I promise we'll be back up to 3 pages...

Okay, new month, new pages! Well, one for now at least. Karno said he'd try to deliver new sketches this weekend, but he couldn't make any promises. Understandable, considering he got hit by a car in a hit-and-run a week ago. 

We get a tiny little bit more exposition about "her", but nothing concrete. Don't worry though, you will se a lot of her in chapter #4, which comes out right after this chapter is completed.

January (and 2018)'s 1st HtbD page!

Happy new year everybody!

2017 may have been a mess for a lot of people, but for Here there be Dragons, it was a very productive year. 

We went from 27 patrons in the beginning of January to 46 patrons at the end of December. 

We've gone from making two pages per month to three, and we made a grand total of 25 pages last year. 

And, on Karno's request, since his artwork is now his main source of income, I bumped up his share of the pledges. Seems only fair, and...

I would like to try to stop making a habit of delivering in the nick of time at the end of the year, but I really don't want to rush Karno during the Christmas season either, so we'll see next year I suppose. 

Last page Bessy made a pretty controversial suggestion, and Zashy is predictably a bit put-off. But listen to the nice lady, she's thought about this.

Hello patrons!

I got an email from Karno this morning, confirming what I had suspected; a bout of disease around the holidays pretty much took him out, and he's only just now getting back on his feet. 

Seeing as we're in the last 2 days of the year, I'm fairly sure this is the last sketch we will see this year. But Karno has come through on a deadline before, so this could very well be inked by New Years. 

But, since we're only getting one page this month, I'm going to do...
