Just page progress for a layout I rather like! Drawin' weird faces and spectral steeds.
ALSO I am proud of myself because the last several pages of this sequence have been a struggle due to big, confusing environments, so forcing myself to do just black BGs is very weird (but good) for me I think
(First pencil layout is from... 2019 in my initial planning stage of this book, then the more detailed pencils and finished inks are from this week)

I don't know why the lineart for this one took me so long but heck got there eventually!!
With these breakdowns, I tend to just use the final sketch as the initial 20 min step but there were... a lot of unused sketches for this one. Some days a planning sketch can take like, 5, 10mins, some days it takes me like an hour and a half; this is what I get for not drawing for like, three days smh
