Sistertime Podcast, Also News Post!

Whoopsie daisy, I uploaded this podcast while I was away and forgot to post it here for ya'll! This show was... kinda boring. But after watching enough of something, it's hard not to enjoy some parts of it, I think.

So I went on a trip-- I went to visit Toronto, then went down to North Carolina to be with my family, where we recorded the Ocean Girl podcast (with a special guest!!) Hopefully that should be headed your way later this week.

New Print In Progress~

Instead of doing my other Important Work I started on a special new 11x17 print featuring the whole crew of ancients from The Last Halloween, even the one that was left behind to slaughter all those kids. I still have some secondary inking to do, but it's looking very cool, I think! When it's all done, I'll post it with descriptions of each of them, which I think you will all enjoy. Progress pics for The Last Halloween~

I forgot to post this last week! Here we have a neat little step by step for a page from last week's update. I scanned it after I'd already started the primary inking, so the pencil stage has some ink on it already. I am not good at remembering to pause and scan at the different steps!

I am so proud of this!! Hiveworks asked me to do a Halloweeny promo for them, I think I delivered. The colors look totally different in every place I open it. But hey, I am still proud of doing a good coloring job! I have more skills to learn but I'm getting there <3

New Shirts incoming...!

Haha, for the first time in 2 years, there will be new shirts for The Last Halloween! Check out these three designs before everybody else gets to see em ;)

There will also be a couple new mugs and tote bags (including tote versions of the lower 2 designs) which I am very excited about, since I enjoy those items and they would go very well with my outfits.

Later this week, expect a mini AND a Sistertime Podcast! I was supposed to edit it this weekend but wound up being quite swamp...

Mini Comics #30-31! Aquarium

I went to the Boston Aquarium and had a beyond lovely time! The fish were great, but the best part was one of the employees walking up to me and saying "you look interesting... would you like a free behind-the-scenes tour?" and I nearly died from excitement!! She definitely picked the right person for that, I had the most fun and I got to see a tiny anaconda (well... tiny by anaconda standards). Good things come to those who dress like they're going to a sexy funeral.

Mini Comic #29! Reunited And It Feels So Snake

Yep, another Wednesday comic. I love my snake!! There's just something about a creature that cannot actually love you back that makes you love it even more. They are truly tsundere.

And sorry for a bit of an absence from me comic-wise lately-- last week I was preparing to give the keynote speech at BAHFest, then I had a good five days of travelling, so my comics have been suffering a bit!
