Despite my hopes of having the 3rd episode completely boarded by now, I'm a few chapter short. The good news is, production doesn't start til January, and the jobs I took last month (while they're eating into this month), will cover bills and allow for more funds to go to the project for a little while.

The beginning of Episode 3 (chapter 13) boards are complete!
Next up is Chapter 014: A new character is introduced, and hints of the first stand battle emerge. There's been plenty of challenges along the way, but a big one is coming in a big way — Road battles.

Nothing you guys don't know already :] Pretty much info I've been keeping you guys up-to-date with here on Patreon. Basically:
- 2 of 3 episodes have been storyboarded.
- Gonna finish the 3rd episode of boards by (the latest) early November.
- Will use the rest of November and December to gather as many resources as I can over the holidays.
- Start animating chapters in January.

We're halfway through September and boards for 12 chapters (2 episodes) are now complete. Before moving on to the third episode storyboards, I'll be making an update video to get everyone up to speed, and layout the game plan for the next steps.

Chapter 011 moved along nicely. And I've got a feeling Chapter 012 will too.
I'm planning to complete it by the 13th... that's the goal. That'll conclude episode 02, at which point I'll be making an update video sharing the progress made and setting the new deadline for the 3 episodes of boards: end of October / beginning of November.
By that time I may have another exciting announcement :] But I'll save that for later.

A bunch of stuff happened this June, unfortunately a chunk of the month was eaten up with an animation commission. I wasn't able to secure the clean-up assistance of Kried, so I ended up having to do the whole thing myself, which resulted in more time being spent than I'd hoped.

Episode 1 deals mostly with introducing our main protagonist, but with a hint at the surrounding dangers to come. Episode 2, while giving us a little more backstory into our main villain, will primarily be a battle the likes of which José has never experienced (having never engaged with a genuine threat before).
