Ada Wong STL Download ready in 12hrs

Ada has been tested and all is good guys!! A few issues stopped me from releasing it this weekend just gone but I want it to be perfect and don't want anyone to have to suffer any issues whilst printing. I'll be in the office in the morning (10pm here in the UK) and will upload the STLs to Gumroad and then I'll post the link up here for the direct download! Woohoo!

WIP - Red Sonja!

With Ada Wong only a couple of days away from release, I thought I'd give you some progress on Red! Here she is all posed and standing atop a severed Goblin/Orc giants head. Loads of details to add, arrows in shield, skulls on floor, rockery, cuts, blood, scars, neck severed flesh 😬, and long red hair, chainmail etc.. but you get the idea and the structure is there in place. I'd say this should all be good to finish by the 20th. That's my target. Already underway on X-23 and Geisha Harlry ...

Ada Wong Renders

Ada is all but done. Spotted a couple of problems whilst testing which I've now rectified. I've added a removable drain in the base too so some clever members can do some nice ideas too... LED glow, resin as water..?? Idk just thought it could be fun. It's made of 16 parts and I'm debating if I should create the base as a split part for those with smaller build plates. Color renders not far off and ready to give you guys the STL in a few days!!! Woo hoo!

Going forward, I need your help!

So currently I'm creating 2 sculpts per month along with additional parts for existing sculpts.

However, I'd like to know what you guys would prefer. I feel that I'm more than capable of creating at least a third sculpt every other month and possibly an extra every month at a push.. so what do you all want?

Please vote for what you'd like me to do from October onwards...

Ada Wong - WIP! - August Sculpt #1

Hi guys! Just an update here for you of the current state of Ada Wong for the August Sculpt! Not far off completing her now! couple of bits to do and a render or two in colour and were good to run a test print. All being well, she will be ready on Gumroad very soon.

It seems that Marvel and DC have still pushed out the rest of the list to come out on top by a fair margin. I'll set up a poll for each of them with a choice of 6-8 characters for each and we will come to a decision on our 2 Sept characters.

I will also have a special loyalty character in Sept for everyone that has been with me from the start along with the Halloween Resident evil diorama in October!!! Lots of exciting things ahead!!!

Note:

The belt has not got a peg and can be positioned and glued in how you see fit.

The sparkles would best be printed solid and supported only on the bottom of the part as its very fine and complex and supports may cause more trouble if added all over.

Jubilee!! July sculpt #2

Hey! With Jubilee dropping any day now and Red Sonja and Ada Wong underway for August, September needs to be decided..

From the members consensus, we had around 50+ different suggestions 😮

I think the best course of action will be for me to do a poll of the suggestions that had more that one mention and then see where we get with them.

Jubilee!!! Final Renders

So we're pretty much good to go! I made a few little adjustments that I just had to include.. the Wolverine backpack and the Beast Troll 😁

Adding to the 97' feel of this sculpt!

If all the parts finish printing correctly Jubes will be ready for download on Wednesday 👍🏼

WIP! 99% Done! JUBILEE!

Got to run some test prints and make a little adjustment to the sparkles and the belt but all going well and July's 3nd sculpt will be ready early next week. Mon/Tues.

Gives me time to get a couple more parts out to you all for other characters and I'll see if I can finish a 3rd character that I've been working on this month too!

September sculpt ideas please!

So I'll kick this off with my 3 choices...

If you can layout your suggestions in the same way I am with your name, then your 3 choices underneath.

I will give this a few days to ensure we get as much input as possible. The character name that appears the most will be chosen as one of the September characters of the month. Not only that but the winning choice will also mean that the people who picked it will get to have a fair amount of input into the design. Pose, outfit, accessor...

Good news guys!

Morrigan test print pretty much done and everything seems to have printed well! I hate printing smaller than the size it's designed at but even at 50% this still looks pretty cool!

I'll print my own one at 100% sometime soon along with others but just need to get this confirmed for you guys so I can release it tomorrow!! Keep an eye out and I'll post when it's up on the Google drive!!!!! Woo hoo!

Bowsette's extra arm!

Here's one of this months additional parts.. this is a replacement for Bowsette's left arm and has her ditching Mario's cap in place of a classic original Gameboy!
