The results of last week's poll are in and the the results are overwhelmingly in favor of allowing example images. But people generally preferred the balance of having the example images inside of a labeled fold so that a person can choose to check them out or not. Totally cool! I will start doing that from time to time. We may not have an example pic for each tie, but we will do so when it makes sense.

Many of you have reached out to ask what to do to be more comfortably in a box tie (TK, etc) or even to build toward being able to get your elbows closer together. The trick to being able to do any strict arms-behind-the-back tie like that is proper shoulder position and flexibility.

This tutorial focuses on the application of easy bondage techniques. This time to bind your partner to a chair with their legs up. One of the plug-ins that I use for TheDuchy had an update that really messed up the site. 🤬
I contacted the support agents for my hosting company and they are working to restore the site from a back up. They tell me they are working on it with priority, but they also say it may take a full day, maybe two, to get things fully working again. ☹️
