I wrote this one a while ago, I think as a contest with one of my kids to produce a story of two pages or shorter.
I stretched it out after, fleshing it out a tiny bit since you and I don't need to adhere to such a limitation, but I still think it's an okay story.

Okay, I worked last night and this morning to get this cleaned up and acceptable for publishing. Ottawa is about to get whacked by *another* thunderstorm that might knock out power here for days again (or maybe nothing will happen), but at least I got this released ahead of that.

Seriously. That's almost a blender project.
But what about Talla's Temple? Gern, Beshenna, Turiksa, the route to Prima. Maybe a zoomed in map with vague indications of Harzen's Farm, Lyric's Camp, the Barracks and what not.
I was looking at inkarnate, but I don't know if there are better tools out there.

I've already written the first chapter of the third Talla's Temple novel (Talla's Frontier Temple? Probably.) so I can publish that soon. I really want to finish that series and get our main characters to some kind of conclusion about how to live in a society that works just fine for almost everyone but them.

One will have the straight story line, followed by the appendices, followed by the "Mrs. Anderson" non-canon inserts.
The other version will have the Mrs. Anderson parts inserted into the story in their chronological locations, but marked somehow so you'll know.
Those parts are liked by some, but not others, so I figure that's the best way to go.
In the first book, there was just that ...
